Google Nexus 6 images with Android L leaked, to come with 5.9″ display
Nexus 5 successor, the Nexus 6 which is yet to be announced officially by Google, is already making rounds with fresh images leaked, reportedly running Android L. The newly leaked images, which come from Android Police, shows a 5.9 inch display running Android L.
If we look closely in the image, there are two front speakers, commonly found in Motorola phones. The icons of Android L have been revamped, like the back, home and recent apps, in addition to Messaging, Dialer and Play Store. In addition, the rumored specifications suggest Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with 3 GB of RAM and resolution of 1440×2560 pixels, giving pixel density of 497 ppi.
Rumors also suggest that the Nexus 6 will come with a 13 MP camera with OIS and dual flash ring configuration and a 2 MP front camera. The device will be powered by a 3,200 mAh battery. The Nexus 6 is reportedly manufactured by Motorola, while the next Nexus tablet, Nexus 9 will be manufactured by HTC.
Although Android Police don’t have images of the back panel, they claim that the edges of the device will have the same aluminium finish, as seen on the new version of Motorola X. In addition, Nexus 6 will support Motorola’s Turbo Charger for less charging time. According to Motorola, charging your device with the Turbo Charger will give 8 hours of usage.
Google is expected to release Nexus 6 and Nexus 9 along with the Android L in mid-October. Did you like the new Nexus 6 phablet with a 5.9 inch display or prefer the Nexus 5 which has a 5 inch display?
